Oak Meadows Independent & Assisted Living opened on
April 1, 1998, with Memory Care, opening in March of
2009. It is thoughtfully designed to accommodate tenants
with varying lifestyle and healthcare needs. Oak
Meadows is owned and operated by Family Resources Development,
Inc., a not-for-profit organization affiliated with the
Minnesota Conference of the United Church of Christ. We
are conveniently
located off of Highway 94 and Radio Drive/Inwood Avenue.

Oak
Meadows partners with Presbyterian Homes & Services,
a professionally managed home care provider, Medicare certified
and licensed by the State of Minnesota. Registered
nurses
are on-site during regular business hours and on call
24/7.
Apartments
include walk-in showers, windows furnished with mini-blinds,
walk-in closets in most apartments, bathrooms equipped with
grab bars, individually controlled heat and central air,
kitchen with oak cabinets, full size refrigerator and stove
(except for a few in memory care.) Memory Care also
includes a spa room and bird aviary.
